As far as I know Spoogie, they say they go out come rain or shine!

I won't be there tonight unfortunately but will be along next Monday for some hilly fun!

They usually meet at around 6:15 for a prompt 6:30 start.

I've heard about these runs from Sweatshop... Do I need to be a member? How far, or what sort of training is it tomorrow? For what sort of level? Etc etc?!

I've never joined the run, but would be tempted to tomorrow...

Hi Justin, just turn up for the Sweatshop runs - get there for about 6:15 and they are pretty prompt with getting out of the door at 6:30. They usually do around 5-7 miles and there are various groups depending on ability.

You should go along, it's a great group to get out running with once a week!

I know these stopped temporarily after the RHM, does anyone knwo if they've started up again yet?

Now that the RHM 2010 is "live", are there runs from Sweatshop?

Yes they're up and running again. I think they're getting about 20 to 30 along to the sessions which is great for this time of year.

The runs are on Monday nights but I'm going along on Wednesday night next week to do a short seminar on training preparations. I'll send out more info later but it's starting at 6 and I'm going to be joined by John Tailor from Adidas who'll be covering some of the technical stuff.

Should be a good night!

The Sweatshop runs leave at 6:30pm I think, but I'd double check on that. I'll be doing the Wednesday evening seminars on the first Wednesday of every month up to the race. We'll be focusing on a different aspect of training in each one, but I'll give full details the week before so you know what to expect!
